In May 2025, a dedicated team from the Global Methodist Church—including pastors, medical professionals, dentists, and mission leaders—traveled to Gwandum, Nigeria, in partnership with Northern Conference Global Methodist Church Community Health Team, to bring compassionate, Christ-centered care to underserved communities.

Transformational Reflections
“I give praise to God, because I only use one eye to see and cannot read well. But they operated my eye yesterday, as they remove the bandage from my eye, I can see clear now.”

“I thank those people that came from afar, I don’t know where they came from but I thank them and pray for more open doors.”
– Nehemiah Wali
“Getting to one year now, I cannot see anything with my left eye, but as they work on it yesterday, I want to assure you that I can now see clearly. I thank the Global Methodist Church missionaries for what they have done to me. I am a member of the Global Methodist Church. I thank God and thank them.”
– Mrs. Daniel Dangombe
“I give God all the glory for sending His people from where we don’t know, but He is able to use them to come to our aid. Though they are from America, but they still have us in mind. For many years I cannot see with my eye clearly, but now I can see. I pray that God in His mercy will reward them in abundant and take back safely in Jesus name.”
