In July 2025, a team of twelve from Macland Community Church, including teens, adults, and pastors, traveled to the least Christian nation in Europe. We partnered with Evangelická církev metodistická Jihlava. We taught English and Sports in a camp setting, where we played games, held afternoon workshops, went on hikes, and participated in various activities. We had table fellowship three meals a day, worship, evening teaching, small group discussions, and late-night games.

Your generosity makes movements like these possible—partner with us to continue sending teams, sharing the Gospel, and serving communities near and far.

Mission Overview

Over the course of one powerful week, the team served youth alongside our partner church team, coached by Josiah Venture, who exists to launch a movement of God among the youth of Central and Eastern Europe that finds its home in the local church and transforms society.
Youth from our team shared their testimonies in the evenings, while adults shared theirs in the morning.

Transformational Reflections

“I spoke to all the unbelievers, some atheists. I was able to have one on one conversations with each of them. One asked why are you Christian. I was able to share my testimony. You can only do so much as a human the rest has to come from Christ.”
Isaac Hansard

“I saw the beauty of God in our morning prayer time and on a hike in the fields and flowers and in the worship of the campers.”
Caroline Price

“During a break another guy and I were playing music and 10 more people joined us in worship.”
Elias Garner

“I made friendships with the team and campers. We would stay up late and share about life. I was able to relate to her and we were able to help her grow in her relationship with God.”
JoJo Suhendra

“It was a very high relational mission trip, from 7 AM to late into the night. We equipped our youth to lead and speak. They grew in their leadership from serving to speaking.”
Pastor Lee Stevenson
