That’s awesome! At MCC, our adult ministry offers a rich spiritual formation pathway designed to inspire transformation. We are on a journey to be shaped into Christ-likeness by the power of the Holy Spirit as we engage with Scripture, pray, and connect in small groups that support one another in following Jesus.

Books of the Bible
This multigenerational adult group digs directly into the Bible each week to hear what God has to say. This group meets Wednesdays, 10 a.m., in C110. Contact:

Came To Believe
This group of senior adults meets Sundays at 9 a.m. in A123 and is taught by a retired pastor. Focus is on faith, missions, laughs, and love for one another. Contact: Phil Marklin, philmarklin@yahoo.com. 
Christians In Action (CIA)
Christians in Action (CIA) is a multigenerational group growing spiritually through interactive Bible Studies, group discussions, and a sense of family. Meets Sundays at 9 a.m. in A124. For more information, contact: Jennifer Price, jenniferlongprice@yahoo.com.
Class Meeting
The men and women in the Class Meeting gather on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. in C106 to discuss where they've seen God working recently and what challenges they are facing. Contact: Pam Dischinger, pdischinger@hotmail.com.

FISH
This multigenerational group meets Sundays at 9 a.m. in C110. Participants also enjoy working together around the church campus and with community mission partners, Table on Delk and Circles Cobb. Contact: Lara Williams, umvimlara@yahoo.com.
Focus Friends
The active empty nesters in this group meet at 9 a.m. on Sundays in A116 to discuss a Bible lesson, pray, and plan the next mission project or get-together. Contact: David Robinson, dr.robinson60@gmail.com.
Ladies Book Club
Enjoy reading, sharing a meal with other women, and talking about books? You're invited to Panera Bread on Dallas Hwy., the 2nd Thursday each month at 11:30 a.m. For information, contact DeDe Reilly, dreilly@maclandcommunity.church.
Men's Bible Study Group - Thursday 6 am
Need a group that meets before work? Want to be part of an interdenominational group of guys who want to live God's way? This group meets 6-6:30am on Thursdays via Zoom. Contact: Donnie Newsom, CSDonnie@comcast.net.
Men's Wednesday Evening Bible Study
The focus of this group is to make disciples who make disciples. The men meet on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in A116. Contact: Steve Barnes, s5barnes@bellsouth.net.

Rebekah Women's Group
Want to join a women's group, but have limited time? This group meets the 4th Monday (3rd Monday in May, Nov., and Dec), 6:30-8:30 p.m.in C110, for supper, prayer, and missions projects. Contact: DeDe Reilly.
Searchlights
The couples and singles in this senior group meet at 9 a.m. on Sundays, in A125. The group is Bible-based and features good discussions, prayer time, and serving together. Contact: Pam Dischinger

The Guardians Group (Military and First Responders)
This group of active and retired military, first responders, and medical personnel, is working together on spiritual, mental, and physical health. Meets every other Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in C106. Contact: Paul Strella, strellafamily5@gmail.com.

The Old Testament: A Journey to the Cross
Men and women in this group want to walk with Jesus and are finding Him referenced throughout the Old Testament. Meets 9:45-11 a.m. on Wednesdays in the Social Hall. Contact: Don Hendershot, dghen4871@comcast.net.
The Stirrings
The Stirrings describes God’s activity of a divine impulse within a person, often leading to healing or change. This adult group meets in C118 from 9-10 a.m. on Sundays. Contact: Morris Henderson, morrishenderson2020@gmail.com.
Unity
This group of Jesus followers meets Sundays at 9 a.m. in A117 to focus on Scripture, service to God and others, and missions. Contact: Rick Glover, tigerglover@comcast.net.
Women's Bible Study - Tuesday 9 am
This multi-age group meets 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m., C110, to learn from authors such as Beth Moore and Priscilla Shirer. Meetings include homework discussion, a video, and prayer requests. Contact: Pam Dischinger, pdischinger@hotmail.com.

Young Adults
Looking for community? MCC recently started a small group for young adults, which meets on Sunday, 9 a.m. in C116. Contact: Sarah Hardy, sarahjj@att.net.

Come as you are! Whether on Sunday morning or Wednesday night! Our small groups are casual and led by excellent spirit-led Bible teachers. 

Can I bring my children? Absolutely! Small groups that meet on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights have childcare provided. Contact the group leader for more information.
